Well , you probably won't be able to do that due to copyright reasons. The downloaded songs are playable only from Deezer 's app so if it saves the songs there , I don't think you can change it.

However , maybe if you try to reinstall the app directly on the SD card No idea if it's possible it might save the songs on the SD , just an idea. Just know that reinstall the app will delete all the downloaded songs. Hi Ashzeitoun , you are able to store deezer downloads on the sd card but you need to change the location in the app settings in Deezer directly.
